Price is what I like. This is not a hotel but an apartment.
You will need to make your bed as there is no room service, They told me there is free internet connection in the apartment, but in actual fact there is none.\ Disappointed because of no internet connection.

We had a two bedroom suite on the eighteenth floor and it was unbelievable. Huge rooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, safe, and a fantastic view of Manila Bay and the waterfront. The place is brand new and first class. Wish we could have stayed longer! Seriously, jump on it while you can, these prices won't last long. The price we paid through Booked.net was about 1/3 of a comparable suite in this city.
This is not a hotel. It's a condo, so bring your own towels and T.P.! It's a brand new building, so they have some problems to work out. Cable tv wasn't working, bathroom door vents installed upside down, so privacy is compromised. Staff is friendly, but as I said, this is not a hotel, so don't expect much in the way of services. There was a lot of confusion when we first "checked in", but finally a wonderful filipina named Ronnie (sp) came to our aid and everything went smooth after that. Be patient, it's definitely worth the hassle!

Very roomy and connected to Robinsons Mall Malate. Plenty of room for a family of a couple adults and a child or two. Kitchen has most of what you need (no microwave, but has a single plug in range) so you can cook or heat up babies milk if needed. Overall pretty clean, with caveats (see "don't likes") Please read the "don't like"s that I listed and then this: If you are looking for a serviced apartment, and can tolerate the negatives listed below, the location is convenient and you get a good sized place for the money. You will be expected to do some things for yourself that you may take for granted in a hotel environment.
I don't believe I was warned in advance that the Nov 1 and Nov 2 holidays would result in no cleaning services. If that was they case, they could have left extra towels. As it was, I stayed 5 nights and received cleaning services once. The wiring to the shower heater is covered by electrical tape and at the top of the shower stall, technically a wet area. Although it's high, if anyone touches it, there could be fatal consequences. The connection at the very least should be above the false ceiling, out of sight. I consider this safety hazard unacceptable and this alone would be a reason to not recommend. I had to enlist the help of the cleaning girls to call for a water dispenser bottle replacement, which I had to pay for (not a big deal, as it was cheap, but I was surprised when the delivery guy asked for the money) The electric water kettle wasn't working. There was no can opener in the kitchen, so I bought one and left it there for the next guy. Several areas where the paint is chipping off the wall and there are no wall decorations (as pictured in the listing) to speak of. Under the AC unit, behind the Television, the plaster is bubbling. Communication is marginal. You check in, you get left alone, if it's a holiday you clean the condo on your own, and you eventually check out. If you're expecting this in advance, no problem. If you're expecting a hotel type environment, you may find yourself running out to the supermarket a couple times for supplies. The value is not bad, IF you know what you're getting into.

Friendly staff.
There should be a sign Luxor Suites outside the building, As it is hard to find. We have to ask 3 times where the place is. Nobody knows where Luxor Suites is. You should also put a telephone line , as in case of emergency I cannot call outside line. Or my relatives can't call me. Also, electric stove is filty, frying pan is rusted.

I would like to recommend to find other hotel or residence if somebody looking for this hotel.
First, so difficult to find this residence. There is no reception, so I waiting for other guy who escort me to my room. And actually they doesn't have any information for me so they introduce wrong room and even correct room when i've changed, not clean, uncomfortable place due to construction is on going. Finally nothing prepared even towel also dirty. They doesn't receive card but cash only with written receipt. Terrible residence I never go again manila!!

Very convenient location, within the Robinsons Manila complex. Unit is an apartelle type and comes with a fully-equipped kitchen in case guest wants to cook (We did not however since restaurants are aplenty in the area). Price is reasonable.
Poor wifi connection. Would not even work during our stay. .

I stayed in a 1xBedroom Suite overlooking Manila Seafront. Very clean, neat and tidy. Aircon in Bedroom and Living Room. Kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils. Best value for money. Located above very popular Robinsons Shopping Mall which saves you taxi money if you stayed elsewhere.
Few nights there were blackouts and I managed to find the main switch board to change power to genset switch. My room was cleaned by Luxor Suites Staff 4 days later at my request. Note that these Luxor Suites Rooms are situated among 150 plus other Residential Condominiums at this Three Tower Robinsons Residential Complex. . Other than that no other complaints.
